I have given this store so many opportunities to make up for their frequent short comings. First off, I could not rent as I was not on the account (understandable) little do they know that anytime the primary account holder is even a day late they call me. Shortly there after I was added to the account. Oh what? You now are required to have a credit card on file to rent 360 or ps3 games. So now another waste of trip to this pathetic blockbuster. Credit card added. To avoid the mess we sign up for an online account. A short time later they change plan pricing and now my plan doesn't give a free game rental. Also note, we get the wrong movies and what ones we get are unreadable. My last visit to the store I tried to rent two movies only to find that the credit card expired but because I am not the primary I can't update it. Would I like my own account? Yeah imagine that. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BLOCKBUSTER AGAIN.......... I recommend ANY blockbuster but this one! PERIOD
