Bertucci's makes their dough fresh, piles on the ingrediants such as shrimp, chicken and portabella mushrooms and then puts in into their brick oven, all right in front of you. The thin crust cooks up nice and crisp and the toppings are never overcooked. Bertucci's also offered their brick over baked bread which is simply above and beyond any other restaurants bread offering. The offer a very unusual selection of pizzas, pasta, salads and sandwiches. Everything is filling and tasty. Bertucci's also offers a special lunch menu which includes their fresh bread and salad. Perfect for when you only have an hour lunch break from work.
