I brought in a working car to these folks, and had to tow it away. Since I am neither a lawyer or an auto mechanic, I did lose my case in small claims because I could not prove negligence.
I am not a marketer, but there are 4 "different" people who used the phrase "110%" in describing their service department in the span of 3 days on dealerrater. Their average was 1.2 before they paided to be certified, now they are up to 3.2. While some of the positive reviews are real, some are plants.
Just Purchased a Civic. Went to a couple of dealerships prior and they gave me the best deal here. The salesman made everything very easy.

I would never buy another car from this dealership. I was happy with the salesman, he gave us the price we wanted. The accessories manager lied to us about the car not having an alarm system, so now I have a car with 2 alarms. The business manager tried to sell the extended warranty was very ignorant and rude. He wouldn't take no for an answer on the extended warranty. We had to say no 10 times before he finally gave up, but not without some snide remarks from him. The business manager also had an extra $1000 on the invoice, which we had to argue for him to remove. The sales tax figures were also incorrect. It also took them almost 2 weeks for them to give us our $500 vehicle holding fee back. I will never shop there again, and I recommend that you don't either.
