    While the quality of the product we chose was very good, the service we received while going through their La Bella Baby Boutique in Lynnfield was absolutely atrocious. The owner was downright rude on the phone when speaking with them regarding problems with the delivery. They also tried to charge for delivery even though it was not on the order slip and was never communicated to us at any point that there is an additional charge. We will be finding another Capretti dealer for our next child.
