I was in desperate need of muffler service and figured I'd just go to the Meineke closest to me in Lowell. Fortunately, I decided to check it out first and saw that it got a bad review, while this shop had gotten a great review. So I drove the extra miles.
If I were forced to submit a criticism, it would only be that the muffler they installed is so quiet that I sometimes forget to shift gears.
These guys are also very honest, never condescending and have a "there's no such thing as a stupid question" attitude, always happy to explain anything. I highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

Honest repair shop...: I wouldn't believe it myself, if I hadn't been there on multiple occasions with different issues. Recently, I had an issue with the squealer on my front brake pad. They could have easily told me it was time for new pads, rotors and, heck, a new axle for all I knew. Instead, the technician found that the squealer had actually bent out of place, bent it back, told me the brakes were still good for 6-10,000 miles and sent me on my way. They didn't even charge me for it. Previous to that, there was an exhaust pipe/muffler noise that turned out to be a rusted out clamp (again, could have sold me on a new exhaust system) and on and on. I recommend them to everyone I can. The owner is on site and is just a super nice guy.
