    Preying on those at the side of the road: My daughter was unfortunate enough to be towed by M+S, they did complete the work in a timely fashion, after charging 2X for the parts and completing additional unnecessary repairs. Clearly a business that is built on one time customers but with a steady stream feed by AAA, that seems to be okay, I notices that they boast of having something like 7 radio controled tow trucks out gathering customers for their "special service".
