User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery poor take out service: I tried take out service and the service over phone is very poor, it seems the Westford location has mostly very in-experienced employees who take your orders. It took me 15 minutes to tell what vegetarian combination I wanted.
When I arrived to pick up food, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear at the counter and then she told me to wait and disappeared for next 10 minutes. Then came back and picked up the food which was already inside the counter. I don't know why she had to take 20 minutes to go inside the kitchen when the food was already available in the counter.!!!
Overall very poor service for takeout. I will order again only if whole world is closed and I can not get food from anywhere else.-

lousy service: the service has been slow, even when the place is relatively empty. the hostess does not seem to be able to understand that a party of eight would rather sit together at a table than sit in two different booths. the hostess also seems to think that a 5 year old would do fine sitting on a tall bar stool for dinner. i have reservations - not to eat there, but rather about the service.
