I bought a used 2006 Impala the sale people were nice not pushy and had a happy experience.Just under a month I had my oil changed at Jiffy lube and they showed me the cabin airfilter and air filter they were dirty I called made an appointment to have it changed at there experience because it was in the gm certifidied service also had hole in my exhaust they took the car in and fixed it at no charge because it was things that should have been checked.I had a good experience with service.Would recomend them.
Staff was friendly, yet not so helpful. I purchased a car from them on a Monday. The sales person told me that they would have everything that was wrong fixed, the car cleaned and ready to go on Wednesday. Wednesday my brother and I headed out for our 50min ride, only to call them and find out the car wasnât ready. It would be ready Thursday instead they told us. That was okay, until we went to get it Thursday and it wasnât ready still. Then they told us it would be ready Saturday... Then Monday... Then Tuesday... Then Wednesday. Finally on Wednesday it was dropped off an hour and a half late.
Every day I had to call and check on its status, and no one ever knew anything. Staff was paged over and over... then I would have to leave a message and call back an hour or so later. Every time the car was supposed to be dropped off at a certain time I would wait for a phone call⦠one never came. So I would call an hour or so after the schedule drop off time to ask where about they were, and they would tell me âOh weâre really sorry, but itâs not readyâ or âOh sorry our driver has left for the dayâ or like they told me on Tuesday night almost four hours after the designated drop off time: âOur apologies, but our only driver just wrecked one of our new Jettas, heâs gone home for the night. Let me see if I can get a buddy of mine to drive it out thereâ.
Then when I finally got it on Wednesday it had about an eighth of a tank⦠yet they made me sign a contract saying I would return their loaner car with at least a half of a tank. Yet the car only had a quarter of a tank when I took it from the lot.
Wouldnât recommend ever buying a vehicle from them to any of my friends⦠Or you.
new ownership, and you can tell: Just bought a beetle from them, the service and sales process was smooth and fast, i bought my last vw from yeo and they were awful, I could tell the difference the moment i walked in.
