If you are looking for that really special, unique gift you don't have to go any further than Joshua's Corner. Susan's shop will make you smile with her funky, funny items and make your home sparkle with all the decorative items be they from the Smart Goods section or from any of her antique dealers. There is something for everyone in this little shop. When you walk thru the door you just know there will be something to catch your eye and you won't be able to resist.Check it out-you won't be sorry.
If you haven't visited Joshua's Corner yet, you are in for a treat. Smart Goods is such a fun place to shop, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I do the majority of my Christmas shopping here, but I also love to visit at other times of the year to purchase unique cards and candles (I love Aunt Sadie's!!).
Essex is such a wonderful town too. It's exactly as you would picture a coastal New England town. My husband and I adore fresh lobster and clam chowder, and this is definitely the place for it.
I love this funky, eclectic store!! I have bought everything from stationary to aprons to antique bowls. Cliche or not, there is something for everyone. The store is in a neat old building and has a twisting stairway up to a second floor. That is where you'll find alot of gifts and treasures.
It is fun to see all the political pins and paraphernalia. I also got my smart women juice glasses from here.
I recommend this store to everyone...it is worth the trip!
