User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTook my bike there for the first time and they didn't do all the work I needed. They still charged me full price and had the bike for over a week. I called the day before and they said it was ready. I will never refer them to anyone or go back there - their hours are terrible for people who work, and they didn't do anything to remedy the mistake they made with my order. Next time, I'll drive the extra miles to Beverly or Salem to have bike work done, these kids have no interest in giving good customer service!
