User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe called the day before to make reservations for a Salem Taxi driver to pick us up at our home in Salem at 6:40 and deliver us to the Commuter Rail station for the 7am train. We planned on walking, but due to the rain and all of our luggage to head out of state for Christmas, we decided to use taxi services. We called at 6:45 asking where the taxi was and the rep told us he is on his way and would be there shortly. At 7am, we we tried calling a few more times and went straight to voicemail, telling us the person we tried to reach was unavailable. We finally packed up our car, my husband drove me to the train station, dropped me and the luggage off, went back home to drop off the car and ran back to the train station so we can make the 7:27am train. I called again to tell the Salem Taxi Corp that we drove ourselves because the taxi driver never showed up, and his response was "Hmmmm" and hung up on me. Very horrible, awful, service. Don't trust them. Don't use them if you are on a time constraint. We will use Tri-City from now on. HORRENDOUS SERVICE - no service at all... We were actually ignored after making reservations, and not even provided with an apology!!
