User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI inherited this company from the previous home owner. The customer service, particularly out of the Topsfield office that I deal with, has always been argumentative. Their rates are comparable to other companies. For years I received two statements a month, two days apart for amounts that are only a few dollars different. Their accounting is a mess. They switched me to COD at one point claiming that I was past due for about $20.00, and subsequently determined that I actually had a credit on my account for which they refused to come out and deliver gas toward. I've never been able to clear up the bogus COD error, and they treat me like a deadbeat. My actual usage is only about $150.00 per year. I don't need the aggravation. I'm switching to another company. STAY CLEAR!
