I attended a conference there as a guest speaker and we left about $600 worth of merchandise to be sold at the front desk with the night manager to be delivered to my spot. The merchandise went missing and the hotel refused to take responsibility for it. We had witnesses who saw what the man was wearing, who accepted the boxes and the general manager told us "Sorry, it's his word against yours and he would never wear light colored pants and a button down shirt". They offered us nothing, no help and refused to look in the dumpster at our request for the missing items. I pondered calling the police but they werent going to be much help either. Another guest at the hotel had a car break-in the night before in their parking lot. This hotel offers NO SURVEILLANCE of the parking lot or their front desk area for security. I will never make another reservation here again. The lack of help or compassion from the front desk and management was unheard of.
