Same service every time?: I did not read the review written before mine, but I should have. I went there based on passing by it a few times and seeing it pop up on restaurant searches.
Overall, the drink service was quick, the bartender was pleasant and the appearance was nice. However, the food came out relatively slow (for being slow with business) and nuked. I know the mashed and veg (squash) were microwaved because I work in the industry...and extremely hot on the outside, warm on the inside cant mean much more.
While the plate did look somewhat appetizing, the entree wasnt what I ordered. I ordered the special strip steak with gorgonzola and out came the strip steak with fried onions. Had it not been late and I had not liked onions, I would have turned it away, but I took it....which I cant really hold completely agaisnt them, since I didnt complain. We didnt have silverware and when we got it, she only delivered one of the two ice waters we ordered. I might not be so critical, but it was REALLY slow and we were one of two couples eating food at the bar. Seems like the service hasnt really changed.

Very Poor Service: I ordered dinner in the pub and had very poor service from the bartender who took my order. She did not set up with silver, napkins, or placemat. I had to ask for silver, sour cream for poatato. She never told me the veg. was peas and ordered it anyway. I am diabetic and avoid foods high in sugar; peas are high in sugar. I ASKED for another vegetable; bartender never ordered it; she left the room in fact by exiting the back door to the patio for a break! I then asked second bartender for same thing; broccoli vs. peas. I got this ten minutes after muy dinner was served; food was then cold. The attitude was very poor; service very sloppy. I was polite and unfortunately left a tip! I will never leave a tip again after this bad experience.
Why does that employee work for people who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect? Both bartenders were very rude and sarcastic!!
