ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
This was my first experience using Zoots pick-up service. I'm a very busy person, and the ease and convenience of having a delivery person pick up and return my dry cleaning was alluring to me. So I decided to give it a shot. After-all this is a big name company, so I'm confident they will do a good job, right?
I sent in one comforter and one pair of pants to be cleaned. I received one stained comforter back. They lost my $120 jeans and added a new stain to my comforter, which I had to send back. I called in a claim for both the following day. I did not feel that the customer service representative cared that my items were lost/ruined, nor did I get the impression that much effort was put into finding my lost jeans or cleaning my comforter. Instead the customer service representative waited until the deadline to tell me that these items could not be fixed and proceeded to bargain with me in order to repay me the least amount of money for my valuables. To me these items are sentimental and irreplaceable; something I never would have sold to anyone for any price. And the only consolation they offered me is 20% of the value at which I purchased them.
Knowing my story, I would seriously advise you to look elsewhere to get your items cleaned. Even if you're busy, make the time to go get it done. You won't regret it, not as much as I regret going with Zoots.
