    We enjoyed speaking with the owner...: On our first visit we were given a free truffle to sample in our choice of their many flavors. Delicious! Be sure to try their chocolate covered potato chips... the chips remain crisp (how do they do that??) and they satisfy both salt and chocolate cravings. Kids will enjoy watching the chocolates being made through the window into the factory. The only problem I encountered was trying to make a choice, but since I live nearby, I can visit again & again!

    a bit expensive & customer service is lacking: A little hard to find; for a factory outlet, chocolates were expensive; service is not very friendly.
