User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI ordered an arrangement called Gentle Comfort for a wake for a very good friend. It was supposed to have lavender roses, delphinium and asters. When I saw the arrangement it had NO ROSES and it had carnations. I called Lovell's the next day and someone was supposed to call me back and didn't so I called again and spoke to a girl who told me she did the best she could, she didn't have the color roses. Well, I believe there is a big difference between roses and carnations. She informed me she didn't have any roses that would match. When I asked why someone didn't call me to let me know she didn't answer me and I was told she knows how to make an arrangement and then she HUNG UP ON ME!!! A paying customer who spent over $70. I would never use this florist again and would never recommend it!

LaVerne of Lovell's Flowers did a beautiful job arranging our centerpiece bouquets for the tables at my wedding reception. She made them look exactly as I imagined them, and she graciously took on the task of putting lemon and lime slices in the vases to go with our theme. They were absolutely perfect. Also, the entire staff at Lovell's is very welcoming and friendly. You'll love them too.
