User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOur family loves this place. Although the spicy Mexican food makes my 11 year old pass wind like a hair dryer, the food is always fresh and reasonably priced. I notice a quick turnover in the wait staff...why? The mood is light and airy and we always have a good time. Suggestion: give Dad 3 or 4 of the "big boy" 24 ounce beers....just don't let him drive home, even if your gassy 11 year old has to man the controls.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever going again: Read this whole review - Silverware was dirty with food, the booth was falling apart, the waitress dropped change on the already dirty silverware (and didn't offer to get new ones), I went to the bathroom to wash my silverware. The burger was tasteless. Then, when we went to pay, we gave $40 and the waitress said, "I'll be right back with your change." Which was a joke, because she went to the table across from us, turned her back and counted out our change. What restaurant makes change out of their pouch as opposed to a cash register? I will never go to this Chili's again. Poor all around.

Actually most retaurants make change out of the servers pocket. Usually the only register is behind the bar and that would be insane to keep going there to get someone's $5 when you have it in your pocket. Get off your high horse kid!
This dope obviously has a grudge with Chili's. Go elsewhere...us regular happy customers don't want you here anyway. Go back to Rockland.
