I can’t even begin to tell you the nightmare experience I had with this place & the owner. To start with they quoted 4 different prices for a car starter gift certificate, my fiancé went to use the certif & Owner said I bought the wrong thing & tried to get us to spend $200 more. Brought the car to be done at 815am, a simple 2 hour job didn’t get the car until 445pm. they had the car for 11 hours and got it back with the whole lock system not working. Owner is claiming we did something to the locks. If we were that car savvy wouldn’t we have just gone and bought a car starter package and installed it ourselves? We said we wanted the starter removed and our money back…he said for us to go get an lawyer, he deal with them all the time, we would never get your money back. That just tells you what kind of operation this is! Also shop around! We found out the mechanic we normally go to installs the exact same starter for $100 cheaper! That is a significant difference and he easily fixed the lock problem they created.

I THOUGHT THAT ALLCAR STEREO STORE WERE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME, HOWEVER WHEN MY WIFE AND I ARRIVED IN NORWOOD TO HAVE OUR VIDEO SYSTEM PUT IN OUR NEW LEXUS, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FOLKS AT OSPREY. THIS FAMILY OWNED STORE IS TOP NOTHCH! GREAT SELECTION OF PRODUCTS, VERY FRIENDLY, BUT MOST OF ALL, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, WOW! WE WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT OUR GREAT EXPERIENCE.

wow!!!!!!!: my mom and dad bought me a gift cert from OSPREY for stereo equipt for my new mustang(cool ride) and they were awsome in their attention to detail in every way. ALPINE amps and speakers, a new ALPINE deck with ipod oh my god is it GREAT!!!! thanks to JASON @ OSPREY he ROCKS!!!!
