Beware! If you buy from them, make sure you've already arranged for your service to be done elsewhere or own a second car. Their service department has no clue. They have had the replacement part for a week but there isn't a mechanic at this dealership that can install it. This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a warranty issue.

Stay away: I leased Hyundai from these guys when it was a good deal. The problem came when I went to buy out the lease. They must have ralized how favorable the terms were for the buyer, because I had no end of trouble. Service department stinks. It took them a WEEK to find a cracked distributor cap, even when I suggested it to them. They told me they diagnosed it by taking parts off another customer's vehicle...IS THIS ETHICAL??? They offered me a carwash for my inconvenience, but ran it through with the radio on and the power antenna up. You guessed it- snapped off the antenna.

Bought another Hyundai from someone else, and they refused to service it under warranty, because I didn't buy it there.

Find anyone else to go to.

Good Faith Money Not Returned!: To go and try to find the best car is really a hunting trip that you should take back up with you. I thought buying a Hyundai would be the best choice but wanted to think about it before buying a new car.. so they asked me to put a thousand dollars down as good faith.. that it would be completely refunded if I changed my mind... but had to the next day to decide. I found a Honda that would work better for my needs, so went back to Tom's Hyundai and they wouldn't give me my money back.. told me I'd might get it by Christmas.
This is wrong, They had no reason to cash the check, it should have been held, and handed back. Do NOT Trust the sales persons there.. they call you names... slacker.. It was fine when they thought they were getting a commission but change your mind and you are a bad guy... It was less than 24 hours.. there is a law, stating that you have the right to change your mind..
I Plan on getting the better business bureau into this and my lawyer.
This is wrong.. They are wrong, and should not be trusted.
    The money better be refunded...
