    One of my favorite hangouts in Boston: I don't know what it is about this particular Border's, but I LOVE hanging out in the upstairs cafe and reading.

    Great coffee nook upstairs: Granted, monstrous book store chains do not need good reviews to keep going and I should probably spend this effort on an independent bookstore instead, but I am not here to rave about the books at this Borders. Rather, I am here to rave about the coffee nook. You can grab your coffee (or hot chocolate) downstairs, and then enjoy it in the sitting area upstairs which has several benefits: it's quiet, it's enormous (be sure to check out the extra quiet book nook in the very back...most people miss it), and best of all you have a view of the entire first floor on the store and out the windows to observe the buys streets of Downtown Boston without all the outside noise. Whether you're reading or people watching, this is one of the best book nooks in central Boston.

    It's always great!: I love Borders in general. It's always a great place to shop, since there is so much selection. The environment is nice an dquiet, so you can actually sit and enjoy your purchase. I love the cafe. What a great idea to be able to buy the book and be able to read it while enjoying a coffee.
