   High fees - no service: BofA treats customers as sheep to be fleeced.

   Bank of FEES...: "Higher Standards" only means higher fees and regulations of how to cheat the consumer. 15 days hold for an out of state check (have they not heard of electronic banking?) Oh wait they have - they programed electronic banking to "hold the funds/check" for 15 days to verify the funds are available, then allow electronic-checks to be drawn against this balance, but then bounce the checks and charge fees for over drafts.
   
   If I wrote a manual check against a zero balance, isn't that concidered a federal offense? Hmm, not for BOA electronic system - they allow the system to write checks again a zero balance - when the funds are there - they just hold them extended periods of time to verify funds.
