| About: | This North End pizzeria first opened in 1926. Today, you'll find many branches of this popular local chain around Boston, but this flagship eatery is where to go for the authentic experience. The restaurant is small and resembles a bar more than a pizzeria, but the pizza is outstanding, featuring a thin crust and the Pizzeria Regina's own sauce. Traditional toppings are offered, as well as gourmet selections like roasted eggplant, jalapeno peppers and marinated artichoke hearts. Serves beer and wine. Does not accept credit cards, cash only. |

WOW, so many reviews. A friend of mine invited me at Reginas' pizzeria. He actually saw them on Phanthom Gourmet and the Phanthom gave them good reviews. So he wanted to check out their pizzas. He was driving, it took us a long time to find the restaurant, . It was so hidden with all the little streets of the North End. We finally found them, the place looked so small. There was a small entrance. The place was so small, packed and very loud. The staff is not diverse at all it's all white. The customers are also all whites. We got a cheese pizza. Me and my friend were not impressed. The taste was ok but nothing yummy like the Phanthom said. It's was very greasy, the pizza did not look nice and it was a messy pizza. Customer service was not all that either Truereview here to tell you the truth
Great pizza that is reasonably priced! If you are getting more than one beer, get a pitcher as it is a much better value. the banter between the waitresses is so entertaining they should charge admission.
pizza Regna is one of the best pizzas i have ever had. I love the olives pizza - but any would do.
