User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBring back Jordan Marsh: Macy's has officially killed downtown dept. store shopping in Boston. The former JM store is now only 2 floors and is weak at best. Skip it. They even stopped the blueberry muffins. Way to flop. Just drive to any local mall for the same boring stuff. There is so much more to do in Boston. I miss Jordan Marsh.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoor Service and HIGH Prices: I recently went to Macy's downtown store to find an advertised item. The staff were disinterested in helping me and were just chatting about their supervisor and Filenes closing. They allowed another "shopper" to put merchandise in her bag without paying. I kindly axed for help and they said "It is over there." I will never spend any money at Macys, ever. They also pander to religious right wing as they just took some display down.
