When we got there, the computers were down and people had already been waiting in the lobby for over an hour. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes and the staff never apologized to anyone for the wait, never offered coffee or water or anything. Once we got in the overpriced room, it was pretty run down. The bathroom was AWFUL. First, it was tiny. Second, the door didn't open all the way because the toilet was in the way. Third, there was barely any room between the toilet and sink and the toilet and the tub. Fourth, the toilet was so close to the shower, it was difficult to reach the shower faucet to turn on the water. The only good thing about it is the location. This has the potential of being a really great hotel, but they don't seem to care about the rooms or the service. DON'T USE THIS HOTEL, IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

The staff was rude.The pool area was bad. I wouldn't stay here again. -

The staff was rude.The pool area was bad. I wouldn't stay here again.
