   The best by far: I have been taking my cars to detail shops for the last 10 years and have never really been impressed with the shops that have detailed my cars. My company moved to Boston a few months ago and I have been bringing both my and my wife,s car to Premium Auto Detailing and the job is always excellent they really do great work and would recommend them to anyone

   NEVER AGAIN!: I scheduled a 2:30 appointment for their second-best detailing package ($220). When I brought it in, they said it would be done by 5:00. When I came back at 5:00, they said it would be another hour to hour-and-a-half. When I came back again to pick it up, they were packed up for the day, and hadn't detailed my car! They said they were really busy, to which I responded that they should have told me that before they ate up my afternoon and didn't do the job. The worst part was that, because the detailing shop is located in one of Boston's most expensive parking garages, I had to pay $30 to leave the garage AND MY CAR STILL NEEDS TO BE DETAILED!
