User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsGreat service by wait staff, decent food - a bit meager portions for the prices - but worse customer service experienced in recent memory when we noticed our car that had been valeted the evening before had been ticketed by the Boston Police. Upon calling Grill 23, was told by "manangement" that they contract out their parking and we'd have to wait to hear back from the contractor. Having spent over a thousand dollars on a special evening I thought perhaps they could have handled the cost of the parking ticket or at least had their staff deal with their contractor. I was also told that "this isn't the first time someone valeted their car and got ticketed." Why would Grill 23 continue to use that contractor? Don't see much of a reason to go back. I've had far better food in Boston in for those prices and the rudeness of the "management." When I asked why they didn't tell us it was contracted help (the valet) he replied "it's not our business to tell you." In this economy, the true manangement may want to be more customer-driven.
