User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsflames was a very bad experience: when flames first opened i was excited. the food was good at first, but the taste of the food started to change. they were putting to much salt in the food. the food started to taste old, there is no love in the pot anymore...but the worst thing was the service. the employees who serve the food are so nasty. i mean their demeanor as well as their appearance. on one occasion i ordered food to go and the cashier was so rude because i wanted to put some pepper in the corner of my plate.and to my horror(west indian people like to put their own pepper in their food.some peppers are very strong) she took the pepper and started to pour the it onto the food, and when i stopped her she had such a attitude. i believe that the patron is always right.the experience was so bad i stopped eating there. to anyone who goes there to eat please be opinionated. you are the one paying for your food so demand excellence
