User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent service and great price. They were able to refinish hardwood that was under linoleum, subfloor, and then VCT tile that was glued directly to the hardwood. Needless to say it came out great.

I have a 3 family in dorchester and I have used Lee's Floor Sanding for all 3 floors. They are quick and affordable. Not sure if they are the cheapest around but I never felt the need to check since I felt that I was getting a very good price for the service. I have recommended Lee's Floor Sanding to all my homeowner friends.
