Our washer finally gave out and contacted Yale Electric for options. I have bought from Yale before and as always I received great service and quick delivery. Their customer service is above and beyond the best. Very professional and quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had never been to Yale before but it was recommended by a friend who lives nearby. I on the other hand do not live close and decided to stop in on my way to the Cape but unfortunately had not checked the hours that they were open on a Saturday. It is a good 40 minutes from my house and it was the beginning of a nasty snowstorm. I arrived just after 9 when they were not open until 10. I got out of the car and headed towards the store to be told by one of the salesmen that they were not open. He then asked me where I was coming from and when he heard the distance I had come very generously offered to let me in to look around before they were open. Before even taking off his jacket or having a sip of coffee he showed me my options, made a recommendation from the catalog and had me checked out half an hour before they opened. Both he and the other employees were extremely helpful and customer focused. My order was in by the following Monday for pick up and exactly what I wanted. Mine was an extremely positive experience and from what I saw of the vast and diverse inventory a good choice for future purchase. I would highly recommend them.

NO Ovens on Thanksgiving Day, Not a problem, Read On: Yale has been a good friend to my wife and I since 2001. We had purchased all our lighting and appliance’s from Yale, and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. From the sales dept, to the final delivery and installation, everyone at Yale electric cannot be any more helpful and pleasant. Quick story, we purchased our Thermadore double ovens in 2001. 2006 we lost the main printed circuit board. [The heart of the ovens] This happened 1 month after the oven went off the 5 year warranty. Yale electric stepped up to the plate, contacted the manufacturer, and made sure we were not charged for the part. 5 years later, this past September, 2010 we lost both ovens. [These ovens are now 9 years old] The Power supply burn up on us, causing us to lose the main wiring harness, 2 sails switches, and 2 fan motors. We were looking at of over $1000.00 in parts plus the labor to install them. No fault of Yale electric, but every time they ordered the main wiring harness, the manufacturer sent the wrong part. It was getting closer & closer to Thanksgiving; we are having 18 for dinner, and still have 2 broken ovens. My wife and I were concerned, so I called Yale electric, and asked to speak with the owners. Low and behold; we actually received a call back! [From the owner of Yale Electric] He was all apologies, and was going to do everything in his power to get our ovens up and running before the holiday. Fortunately, the correct part came in, unfortunately Yale wanted to do the repair the day before Thanksgiving. Like everyone else, my wife and I were very busy the Wednesday before thanksgiving. At this point we had already made other arrangements, planning on not having the ovens on Thanksgiving Day. We opted to wait till after the holiday for the repairs to be made. I am glad we did, the 2 Technicians worked on the ovens for over 4 hours to get them back up and running. Yale electric had felt so bad about not having our 9 year old ovens up and running by the thanksgiving holiday, they GRACIOUSLY picked up the $1000.00 in parts, plus they replaced a gasket, and a broken hinge!!! All we ended up paying was Yale’s standard labor charge, which I think came to a total of 2-3 hours. Now I understand why Yale Electric is a successful 1st Quality company. Your Customer service is outstanding. Also: our hats off to your service dept, your service manager, and the 2 technicians that came to our home that day. All first class professional people. Thank YOU YALE ELECTRIC
