User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe single worst car buying experience of my life. Broken and unfulfilled promises. Hours (literally... 7 hours over 2 days) of waiting for the car I'd just purchased to be repaired for problems that were not disclosed prior to my purchase. The worst customer service. Blatant lies told by the Finance Department. Unanswered letters of complaint. I feel I could go on for days about this place. I felt absolutely violated after my purchase and I am reminded of it every time I get into my car. Imagine having that feeling reinforced every day you climb into a car that you will own for years. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is the worst Toyota Dealership ever. I had my first oil change in that dealership. two days after, I was trying to clean my windows & there is no windshields fluid, even that they charge me for that. I called them to let them know & they were rude.

Expressway Toyota has to be the best Toyota Dealership in Boston, the internet department and the sales department is the most proficient and professional people we met while shopping at plenty of Toyota Dealers in Boston and some dealers on the outskirts of Boston. They were honest and upfront about everything, even in telling us some things that weren't available to us that we wanted. Their Cafe has a full time chef, and boasts an incredible menu. Not to mention their facility is great, clean, and parking was extremely easy. Bought a new 2008 Toyota Prius, and will definitely go back to purchase again.
