This dealership has very poor post-sale customer service. My wife purchased a car from Clair Toyota which was later purchased by Prime. We needed a very simple sales tax form. We called several times and found the staff to be entirely unhelpful. They did not return phone calls and they never came up with the form. We finally had the Registry of Motor Vehicles follow-up and attempt to get the form. The Registry actually provided better customer service than Prime Toyota - If you can believe it! Avoid this dealership if post-sale customer service is important to you.
