    The phone answer was hello as reported before. Richard came out at the time he said. They did a great job and they were reasonable. I will use them again in a heartbeat

    The ONLY thing I didn't like was that when I called, the phone was answered with "Hello?" rather than identifying the business. It was a little off-putting (but as you can see they still got 5 stars). The two guys who came to my house were on time and very friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and they even changed where my furnace vents out to a better location, no extra charge. They seemed very knowledgeable and I totally trusted them in my new home. They did an excellent job and I'm so glad I listened to the other good reviews I had seen!

    This was not only great service and great price, but also great advice. The guys came out with little notice, fixed the problem and then offered plenty of advice as to how to maintain the system for future use. Very friendly and cleaned up very well after the job was done. Highly recommended.
