With 50 beers on tap and possibly the largest collection of single-malt Scotches in the country, it is easy to see why this a popular drinking spot. But Doyle's is also a family favorite for dinner. Great Atmosphere: Used to be an awesome local bar/pub, now ex-locals and others keep it going. Authentic (as such) Boston-Irish pub decor. Great Guinness and Sam Adams Family beers on tap. Huge single-malt scotch inventory. Very good hearty food. My favs are the Sweet Potato fries and Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl.Service can be slow,and can be very noisy and crowded at night. NOT the place for intimate conversation, but great to meet for fun. Great breakfast weekdays/brunch weekends. Short walk to the Green St. - Orange line T Stop.
