Clair Honda Server charge a LOT !!!: My initial impression was that it was good place to go to for service [better than BOCH - BOCH are the worst], but after I got my car serviced there I found some info to the contrary.

After I got got my car serviced at Clair, recently I went to a different center for oil change. During the process they noticed a few things that were not up to the mark i.e. fluids and air filter and other stuff. When I said I got a "full tune up" for my car, they look surprised. And when I told them how much I was charged they didn't believe me. But when I said I took it to Clair Honda they were not surprised any more.

Today I called the lady [05/22/2007] to know more about why it is this way. She acted very un-professional and as if she didn't care. And said it was not covered all the $316 is just for replacing spark plugs and labour [The same lady was very professional and informative on the first day I was there - that;s how they get your business]

I was charged: $316 for full tune up, but no fluids were neither re-filled nor checked. Funny thing is, Clair Toyota charges around $130 for the same tune-up with fluid replacement.

Never go to Clair Honda. They charge a lot.
