Categories: Pizza, Restaurants, Carry Out & Take Out
What can I say about one of the best sub shops in this state? A huge menu with pretty much everything you can think of. Everything is fresh and made to order. Owner and Operator Jimmy Demotropoulos has proven himself as quite the chef. He makes a honey mustard that is out of this world that goes perfectly with the incredible chicken fingers. People come from all over just for his famous chicken fingers and line up for his Honey Mustard. The steak and cheese subs are incredible as well as his greek style pizzas with so many different choices of toppings than I have ever seen. It is worth a trip to the Fresh Pond area of Cambridge to experience this awesome food!!! Friendly and quick service make that trip a must!!! Five stars all the way!
The best chicken fingers on earth: Their chicken fingers are incredible ... nothing else compares. The staff is very friendly and there's always a steady stream of people in there which speaks for itself.
Love their chicken fingers!: Ma Magoos' chicken fingers are the best I've ever eaten and the honey mustard is is incredible. They use only white meat chicken and fry them up to order. A large side order of chicken fingers is huge and I can easily get three meals out of one order. A large order is in the $9 range with the small being a couple bucks less. A chicken finger meal that includes a salad and fries is available as well.
Ma Magoos also has good fish and chips but after discovering the chicken fingers that's all I order now. They also have a large sandwich menu and a variety of other offerings to choose from.
The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and portions are large. They only have a couple tables but do a thriving takeout business. The only downside is access from public transportation isn't great but on a nice day it's worth the hike from the Alewife T stop.
