User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFinale is a dessert monopoly, therefore they do what they want and people keep coming back (including me, every Wed for our girls' night out). But lately, they've been increasingly disappointing on several aspects. The one and only dessert we ever get there (which is the best in our opinions) and we've tried them all is the Magnanimous Molten Chocolate Cake. It has very noticeably been decreasing in size, steadily over the last few months. It now looks more like a "minimous" cake for $16. We asked what was the idea there, and they just acted like were were seeing things. ALSO, and this is a big NO NO for us, they keep trying to kick you out of the place about 30m into your "experience". The waitress always asked us 20 times if we were "all set", if there's "something else she can get us", if we were still "working on that" and than after all of her inquiries meet our resistance - we get the unsolicited check. Now, I know it'd be rude of us to just sit there for hours if they were super busy and there were 10 of us, but people please!!!!! - it's a Wednesday night, always after 9 and there are always only 2 in our party. I wish someone would open up their competition, they'd never see us or most of their patronage again. They need to revamp their hospitality policy.
