I took my 8 month old Camry to Allston Collision Center to fix some self inflicted damage (decent dent, baaad scratch). They took a look at what I needed, gave me a price and told me if I dropped it off on Monday morning it would be done on Wednesday. I got a call Wednesday afternoon that my car would be ready at 430 and I could come by to pick it up. The scratch and the dent that I took it in for were gone, and I mean not even a trace that there had been damage gone. Additionally, they fixed another dent (not my fault) at no extra charge and without my asking. It was like a free gift. The price was what I had been quoted AND they vacuumed the interior of the car.

To say that I was satisfied really isn't enough. If I have to give a criticism, it is only that they don't take credit cards (cash or check only). Regardless, service and professionalism is all that these guys provide. They are a top notch operation. Now I have to drive carefully because I have a new car again (sigh)

My new 2009 Toyota hybrid had only 700 miles on it when someone sideswiped the front bumper while I was parked next to our home and left the scene. I took the car into Allston Collision Center (ACC) and just picked it up. The car looks like I just drove it off the car lot - excellent work in a timely manner. I've been taking my cars to Paul and Mark at Allston Collision for years and can not recommend them highly enough.

ACC offers solid, professional service and great body work. They are informative and friendly and really make the insurance process easy. With so many shoddy business to deal with in life, ACC is a gift.

Allston Collision is the only place I go to get my car fixed. It is the only place I recommend to my friends and family as well. It is very rare to find an auto repair shop where you can be comfortable just dropping your car off and letting them fix your car but my experiences with them has built this comfort level for me and I am here to assure you that not only will they do the job perfectly, but they will do only what is necessary and be completely up front and honest with you what you need and don’t need. I highly recommend them. I came across Allston Collision five years ago when I was new in town and needed to get my car fixed. I called the Lexus of Watertown dealership to get estimates for my IS300 and I ended up asking when I can pick up my car and they said it will take a while because they don’t fix damaged cars at the dealership, they send them to Allston Collision to get repaired. So I figured I would get it fixed straight at the source to save some time. They were honest, professional, very accessible and they did a tremendous job. Since then, I have gone back to them numerous times for a number of different things and they treat me just as well every time. They have treated my family and friends just as well too when I recommended Allston Collision to them. This is the type of repair shop where they not only offer to fix that headlight that is out for free just because they noticed it on the way in, but they will offer you some pizza while you wait because they were having a little pizza party. These guys are just that friendly, open and willing to help in anyway. I will never go anywhere else. Check them out, you won’t regret it!
