    We had an amazing time at Carlos! Brit, our server was fantastic and the food was just as good. Sure it was crowded and noisy, but thats just part of the experienced when visiting a good, small Italian restaurant.

    Great Resturaunt!: This a great italian resturaunt! Have been many times and have never been disapointed. Definatly comparible with the North End if not better!

    Hands down best Italian food in Boston: The place is small, the noise level can be a bit loud, but over the past 8 years that I've been living in Boston I have yet to find an Italian restaurant that offers food as great as Carlo's. It is the only place where I prefer their homemade tomato sauce over my own. The servers can come off as appearing gruff but they take care of you. The specials are usually great creations and if you are looking for a certain dish not on the menu, if they have the ingredients they will try to accommodate you. When I used to live around the corner from Carlo's, I would be there at least twice a week.
