I've been to the shop several times for general maintenance on my vehicles. The repairs costs have been very reasonable and the actually fix the issues I’ve reported. It's refreshing to have a group of professionals that treat the customer with respect.

I've also had really good experiences with them. Definately the best auto repair I know of in the Boston area.

Best Repair Shop in Boston: I heard about Brighton Auto when I was in college at BC from my friends who took their cars there. It really is a great place to go. The guys working there are real polite and they fix your car fast. I was getting ripped off by two dealers who failed to fix an idol problem. After one 750.00 fix, the problem was actually worse. I brought it back that day and they refused to look at it. I brought it to another dealer and they said it was the intake manifold, a 500.00 dollar job, at least. I brought it to Brighton Auto and they saw a hole had been torn in the intake manifold, which the guy said he has no idea how someone missed it. It cost me 94 dollars total. Every time I have gone there, they have explained to me the issue and my options. They are really patient too. Something you dont see in Boston that often. And, they can fix all types of cars, to I can stop bring my Saab into Charles River Saab, who also found unusual things wrong with my car and improperly diagnosed problems on two different occasions.

You cannot lose with Brighton Auto.
