Beauty's Pizza

A friend recommended Beauty's to me so I ordered a pizza for delivery. I thought the pizza tasted pretty good until I found a small piece of paper in the pizza. Yes you read this correctly, I pulled a piece of paper out of my pizza. I called Beauty's and was told to call back and speak to Michael, the owner. I called back, but Michael wasn't working so I left a message with my phone number. I also explained that I was eating my pizza and found PAPER in it. I never received an apology or offer to return any portion of my money. I never received a call back from Michael. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Beauty's again. If the customer service had been better, I would have rated them higher.

Couple days ago I had the worst eggplant Parmesan sub. I was very scared to give another place a chance. It's was late I was struggling to find a restaurant and I was very hungry. Then I saw Beauty's I knew this place, I was here once but did not order food. The restaurant looked like it was closed and the lights were almost all off. I opened the door and saw a guy. He was cleaning and was about to close. He was so nice and told me that he will not close the door in my face and let me go home hungry. I asked him if I was going to like his sub because I had a terrible sub couple days ago and did not finish the whole thing. It went to my trash can. He was so confident and told me I was going to come back for more. The place was very clean, they also did some renovation because it looked different from the first time I went there. I was very impressed. He was very nice and I gave him tips. They sell all kinds of subs, pizzas and more. I was disapointed to find out they do not have french fries. I was like I hope the sub is good. I went to a liquor store to get a beer an then went home. I was in my friend's car and the smell of my sub made me feel nice. Then I got home and everything was neat and clean. My sub was wrapped in aluminium foil and it was not messy. He also put some paper towel. I like that he did not give me a plastic bag. The sub was in a tray. It was still very warm and it looked very nice when I opened it. Then I took a bite and it was love at first bite. Then one bite after another and another and the sub was gone in minutes. They also have ice creams and cookies in the front and I grabbed an ice cream. The ice cream was good. I will come back and try their pizzas and I will give mnore tips. You can't sit there it is only takeouts and delivery. You can also order online. In the summer you can just sit in Kendall square or near all the Kendall businesses and enjoy Beauty's food. Most of you don't like the name or just do not understand why it's call Beauty's but I am the only that knows and will tell you the secret. It's called Beauty's because the previous business was actually a beauty salon. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

Very Bad delivery. It takes about an hour or more for these guys to deliver on average. The delivery people are also very lazy and often refuse to come upstairs to my door. Instead they tell me to come down!!! When I try to argue they say they cant find a parking spot and when I come down they are parked in front of my door waiting at the car. They probably laugh about how they make their customers do their job for them.
