User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou'll love the food!: I don't eat out due to the unhealthiness of takeout, however, The I frequent The Middle East at least twice a week. Great service, GREAT FOOD, an not expensive at all. If you go before 4pm ANY DAY you can get a very nice sized portion meal for only $6.00 which costs a little less than half of the same portion as dinner.
P.S. Try the Lamb Shank. Delicious!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Live Music in Boston: The Middle East is an incredible venue for live music. They get up and coming acts, as well as established bands to play the downstairs. The Upstairs/Downstairs concert venues, as well as the restaraunt and bar make the Middle East a true all-in-one restaruant/club. The food is very good, and very inexpensive. Tickets to see bands are dirt cheap (I saw four bands at the downstairs for $10)!
