Last couple of times I went to the Cheesecake factory (both Cambridge and Burlington locations) with my wife, we've been VERY DISAPPOINTED. In Burlington, the service was extremely slow. After we finally received our food, the waiter disappeared and was never to be seen again, until we asked for our bill.
Portions were small. The chicken pasta in madiera wine sauce - had only a few pieces of chicken and mostly undercooked pasta. Mixed drinks we're way over priced and watered down.
In the Cambridge location once we sat down, it took about 15 minutes for the waiter to finally come over and take our order. The appetizers we're the best part, even though the wait was 25 minutes; our entree's took about another hour. The beef goulash entree was unmemorable. After the long wait of finally getting it, the dish was very salty and the meat was tough. Waiter was very unattentive and would rather mingle with his fellow coworkers, while my wife and I thirsted while waiting on drink refills. After we finished I had to chase him down to finally take the bill so we could leave. That experience took over 2 hours before we finally left.
