About:Johnny D's Uptown Restaurant & Music Club is known for getting the best names in jazz, blues, folk and from the local Boston music scene.     A little bit noisy but it is all good! I have only been there for their jazz brunch but December had jazzy Christmas Carols and this month had more traditional jazz as well as covers of Tears for Fears "Mad World". The ultimate in decadence was the Chocolate French Toast (excellent french toast with fudgy chocolate pudding and whipped creme on top), any of their omlettes and the chocolate chip pancakes. The staff is great as well and will work hard to accomodate your needs. This is a family friendly place - expect to see kids dancing to the music!
