    Top-notch customer service! I came in with no appointment-- they took me in, had the rental car company come pick me up, and took care of all of the paperwork for me.

    My car was done in four days (it looks like nothing ever happened), and they even repaired a couple of things that had nothing to do with my accident damage!

    I will totally recommend this shop to everyone I know!

    No wonder this place gets good reviews! I slid on some ice and hit another car almost head on. Thankfully no one got hurt but my bmw sustained major damage: left fender area got mangled and the light was broken. Executive did an amazing job and now my car looks great again. It took almost 3 weeks but with the amount of damage and the fact that its a bmw and some parts had to be special ordered it was kind of expected. Couple weeks after getting my car back I went to my bmw dealer for service and they weren't able to tell what parts were repaired. Great job by Executive!

    very reasonable price and fast turn-around. they gave me a ride when they found out i don't have an easy way to get to their place, and even worked overtime to get my car fixed before the holiday. highly recommended.
