User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI want to give this facility an overall good rating. My daughter has been attending since she was 2.9 and she's now 4.5. The directors are always available to listen and talk with you. I have had some concerns that I have always had resolved by the caring directors. It's hard for the children to be there all day and then come home and inform you of their day with embellishing some details...but everything that my daughter tells me I confirm with her teachers or ask the director to clarify.
The one thing I will say in the negative is that I have found 2 instances where the daycare has NOT informed the Office for Children when complaints have prompted DSS from visiting or phoning the facility..I guess whenever DSS calls the daycare due to a report that somebody made, the daycare is supposed to let ECC know and they don't always do this.-

I WANT TO LET ALL POTENTIAL PARENTS KNOW THAT THIS DAYCARE IS THE BEST FACILITY I HAVE EVER SEEN, I ALSO WANT TO REMIND EVERYONE WHO SEES THESE REVIEWS TO KNOW THAT CERTAIN PEOPLE THAT POST HERE ARE TRYING TO SABOTAGE THIS DAYCARE BECAUSE THEY EITHER WORKED THERE AND WAS FIRED FOR SUBSTANDARD WORK OR THEY DID NOT PAY THEIR TUITION AND WERE NOT ALLOWED IN, THIS DAYCARE HAS HIGH STANDARDS, GO THERE IN PERSON AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF,REMEMBER, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS, ALWAYS! I HAVE BEEN THERE A LONG TIME TO KNOW,

I JUST TOURED THIS DAYCARE LAST WEEK, AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH EVEREYTHING FROM THE STAFF RIGHT DOWN TO THE CLEANLINESS OF THE CLASSROOMS I ENROLLED MY DAUGHTER, AND I CANNOT COMPLAIN AT ALL. THEY ARE GREAT.
Joanna- I am confused first you say you been there for a long time to know and then you said that you just toured in last week and just enrolled your daugther. I am confused. I actually toured this place last year and honestly i did not like it and didnt enroll my 2 kids and went elsewhere.
scure- i stayed in the daycare every day, all day for a week!!!!!!!! they are the best for me, i seen hard working teachers, happy kids , i love the comfortable setting, my daughter is happy and so am i,
