I took my neice to House of Pain after experiencing horrible service two other places (Painted Bird 2 Medford &
(Ma-Zel Everett read my reviews for them).... From the first moment I called and spoke to the owner I knew our experience there would be great just by his vibe. When we got there they were very friendly and made your time there not only fun but answered all of our questions and just overall made our time there great. You could tell that they are very experienced and have all the info you need on Piercing and Tattoos. The place was not dirty it was very organized. I sat with my neice while she got her tattoo. The artisit there is amazing. I will be not only going back myself but referring everyone I know to House of Pain, also the owner told me he just opened a new shop in Chelsea, Ma...so I hope this review helps people know the correct info about this place. Thanks for reading.

Hmm...: The people are nice here. But it isn't too clean. I know a few people who got infections here since they don't sanitize too good.

I've gotten 4 piercings there and i've never gotten an infection and their shop is very clean! I've been going there for 10 years. Sometimes infection is inevitable if your body is rejecting the piercing.

Hi I just want to comment who ever this is...I went to House of Pain last night and your review is completely false, the people that work there and the owner are very knowledgeable and give you all the info you need to know, and answer any questions.
