User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my 6 year old to IHOP on 3/7/08 to celebrate the Dr. Seus birthday. The company had promoted the breakfast specials to coincide with the release of the Horton movie.
What a massive disappointment!!!
The wait staff were rude, indifferent to even serving us and looked like they all wanted to be else where.
Food was cold, poor quality and over priced for a plate full of slop! Tables were left dirty and full from last customer even 20 minutes after we sat down.
There is a homeless shelter close to this restaurant and it appeared that many of the customers were shelter clients and were hanging out here long passed they finished food. Swearing, fowl language and agressive behavior from these 'patrons' really added to the disappointment.
I felt unsafe being here and yet did not feel that the staff noticed anything unsual therefore I did not complain. We ate quick and left quick.
Stay away! No pancake is worth this aggravation.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsdisgusted: i went to IHOP after my friend came from Kentucy vising for the holidays. The waitress was rude, would not give seperate checks, gave herself 15% on tip, all the orders where wrong.
I have waitressed in my life and i have never been so disgusted in my life. The service was awful, the waitress was rude, our orders where cold, needless to say I did not leave a tip. Then some jerk comes out and says you didn't leave a tip. I told him if you liked the service then you leave it. I didn't get my service or the food I wanted so I don't leave a tip.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsHit or Miss: Its IHOP, what do you expect? Service was horrible one day and good the next week. If you want breakfast for dinner your in luck because there is no Waffle House for 1000 miles.
