   I have been insured through Cullen and Townsend for the last four years and I have had the best experiences in all this time.
   John has personally walked me through a claim and took extra efforts in making sure the claim is perfect. This level of PERSONAL care and commitment towards customers is unheard of.
   I have personally referred lot of my friends to them and will continue doing so for anyone who needs auto insurance.
   You will be with the BEST when you go to Cullen and Townsend. Guaranteed.

   I met John personally and he guided me in such a way that I fully TRUSTED him. He solved my all problems, that I was having with some other agent company.
   
   From my exprience, I must say "For any of your auto insurance problem, just give a call and be relaxed". I definitely recommend this company.

   Pros: I was searching for an insurance agent around Quincy on Yahoo when i came to know about Cullen and Townsend. Since most of the car insurance parlance was new to me, the owner of the firm John explained to me the details very meticulously. The best part i liked about John is his accomodating nature and his lucid explanation about the coverage options. I paid a second visit to him for revising my insurance coverage when i bought a new car. He went out of his way in explaning the frills which the car dealers these days offer and which i should avoid buying. Thanks John for guiding me. You truly deserve 5 stars
