Although the rates for the first year were slightly higher but that was predominantly due to my ignorance to some of the required documents. This year John has been very helpful in making me aware about the premium discounts company provides for various conditions. I have fulfilled most of them and now the prices are down to really great level. John works out of his way to help us and that's what makes me goto him again and again. Thanks a lot John.

They are very good at helping people's insurance issues. especially John is very down-to-earth person and also very professional. He can explain/help you in all respect to make your paperwork perfect. even in weekends also he is willing to help you out.

I have been insured through Cullen and Townsend for the last four years and I have had the best experiences in all this time.
John has personally walked me through a claim and took extra efforts in making sure the claim is perfect. This level of PERSONAL care and commitment towards customers is unheard of.
I have personally referred lot of my friends to them and will continue doing so for anyone who needs auto insurance.
You will be with the BEST when you go to Cullen and Townsend. Guaranteed.
