User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI haven't had a facial in sooooo long! I remembered Body Ritulas from going there a long time ago. I walked in and couldn't believe my eyes! The place was amazing looking. The service was everything I hoped it would be and more!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

I have been searching for a spa that gives me everything that Body Rituals Day Spa offers me. The staff is very knowledgable as well as friendly. The location is great and there is a ton of parking which is rare at most of the spas that I have gone to. I have had services ranging from waxing, to nail services and everything in between (well mostly). I was treated the same every time-- "fantastic". They did not force me to have any service that I was not ready for, infact i asked for a specific treatment to be done and the spa staff actually stated that my skin type would not benefit from such a treatement and she recommended what she thought would be better (this was much cheaper). I am excited that a spa like this exists in my own back yard. I no longer need to take the long trek into town to get that classy, relaxing feeling.
The staff every time I have been there or called has been friendly and professional. I thought that type of staff no longer existed. I am looking forward to getting more services. Keep up the great work!!!! 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot Happy: I was really excited to finally have my service and I was not happy at all . I say "finally " because it was very hard to get an appointment I felt that I was very flexible with dates and times and I still wasnt able to book something they either didnt have enough staff or they werent open until very late in the day . So finally a month later I get an appointment and it was awful the salon was unorganized ... Aesthetician was hostile and scolded me I made a suggestion . I almost walked out, and will certainly not go back.
